We see our clients as lifelong learners who seek knowledge at whatever stage of addiction or recovery they’re in. As an addictions counselling service, we support our clients with compassion and understanding, without judgement or stigma.

We believe addiction is not a choice or a moral issue, we are people that need help.

Our Mission

At Addictions Canada, we apply counselling techniques from many proven models of therapy and treatment as well as referrals to free and paid services. We use a number of trauma informed approaches for treatment, such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, relapse prevention, 12 step recovery, as well as peer-to-peer counselling, and sharing lived experiences.

One On One

Private one-on-one counselling sessions that focus on addiction, mental health triggers, and resources for relapse prevention. Our hourly rates start at $99.

**If money is an issue, please still contact us. We have allotted reduced price spaces for those on a lower income.

Family and Friends Counselling

Self care is important, and it is difficult to see someone you love battle addiction. We offer appointments to help support family and friends to learn skillsets on maintaining a safe relationship with those struggling. Our Hourly Rates start at $149.
